Soul and Sorento Awarded "Best Cars for the Money"

Recently, U.S. News & World Report revealed that the 2017 Kia Soul and 2017 Kia Sorento each received a 2017 "Best Cars for the Money" award, which are given to the vehicles-- in 20 categories -- that offer the best combination of value and quality.

The 2017 Kia Soul was awarded "Best Compact Car for the Money," while the 2017 Kia Sorento was named "Best 3-Row SUV for the Money."

In a release, Orth Hedrick, vice president, product planning Kia Motors America, stated, “We’re honored that U.S. News named the Soul and Sorento winners within their respective categories for 2017. The entire Kia model line – including our iconic urban passenger vehicle and three-row SUV – offers a winning blend of sophisticated design and user-friendly technology with a consistent emphasis on value.”

The U.S. News & World Report rankings are based on reliability, safety and opinions from industry experts, as well as value – which is determined by combining the average price paid for the vehicle and the vehicle's five-year cost of ownership.
